The empowerment of the public by building communication and confidence.

Diversity offers perspective and strength. Fostering diversity, however, requires a sensitivity to a multitude of approaches.
Bilingual facilitation grounded me in principles of ritual, encouragement, and exploration.

I began facilitating spaces for untraditional artists in my sophomore year of high school. As both the Class and Improv Club President, I loved facilitating spaces outside of the theater for collaboration and imagination.
10 years later, I continue to create spaces where people could come explore, imagine, and laugh
together.

In my pursuit of my dreams, I found teaching artistry. I am currently the Administrative Assistant & Summer Camp Manager of Creative Root, DePaul University's outreach educational program.
I believe anyone can be funny. I take pride in the fact that I learned how to be funny. With practice, observation, and confidence- I developed a sense of humor. Comedy is for everyone.
I am still pursuing this dream.

I am currently the lead photographer and designer of the Creative Root marketing.
Throughout the school year, I am a teaching artist with Creative Root, Downstage Arts, and Congo Square Theatre in after-school programs and CPS residencies in all sides of the city.
Each fall, I also serve as an advisory mentor for incoming freshmen while teaching and designing curriculum for classes to support students in their transition to college.

Every class of mine centers ritual, confidence, and community as our primary goals.
IN SPACE with one another, we must both take up space and make space for each other.
